Served at our Stress Talk and SUPER EASY!

Mexican Chili/Soupy Mix (I don't have a name for it)
1 can of kernel corn
1 can of ranch style beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can of black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can of petite diced tomatoes (can substitute for Rotel if you like spicy)
1 pkg of taco seasoning
1 pkg of John Soules cooked fajita chicken

Combine all ingredients and heat! Voila!
This recipe just happens to be gluten-free and yummy! I like to top with
shredded cheese and pair with blue corn tortilla chips.
